Charlie Schlatter was first discovered by a casting director while studying for his BFA in Musical Theater at Ithaca College. This led to his big screen debut as Michael J. Fox’s younger brother in BRIGHT LIGHTS, BIG CITY. Soon after, he landed starring roles in Chris Columbus’ HEARTBREAK HOTEL, 18 AGAIN with George Burns and THE DELINQUENTS with Kyle Minogue. On the small screen Charlie Starred in NBC’s FERRIS BUELLER with Jennifer Aniston and alongside Dick Van Dyke in CBS’ DIAGNOSIS MURDER for 7 seasons.

 

Other notable appearances include a recurring role on TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL, SOUTHLAND, and Hallmark’s FIXING PETE and MYSTERY WOMAN as well as NCIS and the soon to be released SCARY SHIT on USA Network.

 

As a Voice Actor Charlie might be best known as KICK on Disney’s Kick Buttowski and as Honeynut Cheerio’s Buzz the Bee! He’s provided the voice for Dr. Mindbender in G.I. Joe RENEGADES, The Flash for both the Superman and Batman Series, and Lego Robin and Flash in the Lego Movie Series.

 

Other cartoons include Futurama, Winx Club, Tom and Jerry, Curious George, Fairly Oddparents, Ben 10, Phinneas and Ferb, Bratz, Fish Police, Kim Impossible, The Boondocks and many others. He’s also voiced countless characters in video games such as Metal Gear Solid, Solid Everquest, Kung Fu Panda, Over the Edge, Medal of Honor, Ape Escape, Sorcery and The Wonderful 101’s.
